➤ Standard Woven Polypropylene Bag

The world moves on woven PP bags. Rice, wheat, flour, sugar, salt, animal feed, fertilisers, cement, sand, minerals — the majority of global dry commodity trade is packed in circular woven or flat woven polypropylene sacks. They are durable, lightweight, moisture-resistant, stackable, and printable. And when specified correctly for the product inside, they are one of the most cost-effective packaging formats available at any volume.

Fabric weight runs from 50 GSM for light retail packs to 120 GSM for heavy industrial and construction products. Tape width, denier, and picks per inch are set to the product’s bulk density, abrasion characteristics, and handling environment. Every dimension — width, length, gusset — is available in custom sizes to match your filling equipment and pallet configuration exactly.

Fabric Weight: 50 GSM – 120 GSM  Capacity: 5 kg – 50 kg  Custom Sizes: Yes — width, length, and gusset to your specification  Print: Up to 4 colours, 1 or 2 sides  UV Stabilisation: With or without specified at order stage  Pack Format: Bale or pallet  Best For: Rice, wheat, flour, sugar, salt, animal feed, fertiliser, minerals, cement, chemicals, construction materials

➤ BOPP Laminated Woven PP Bag

If your product competes on shelf, your bag is your salesperson. A standard woven PP bag with direct print does the job. A BOPP laminated bag wins the sale.

BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) laminated bags carry a BOPP film bonded onto the outer woven surface, creating a smooth, glossy, photographic-quality print face that accepts full-colour gradients, fine text, and vivid brand imagery at a resolution that directprint woven PP cannot match. The print is applied in reverse onto the BOPP film before lamination — meaning the ink sits protected between the film and the fabric, fully shielded from scratching, rubbing, and handling damage throughout the entire supply chain from factory to retail shelf.

Buyers choosing between two similar products at retail make that decision in under three seconds. The bag that looks more professional, more trustworthy, and more premium wins regardless of whether the product inside is identical.

BOPP laminated bags are the commercial standard for retail rice, flour, pet food, animal feed, seed, and any product where brand presentation directly influences purchasing decisions.

Print Quality: Photographic — full colour, smooth gradients, fine detail  Laminate: BOPP film on outer woven PP fabric  Print Protection: Reverse print between laminate and fabric scratch and rub resistant  Gloss: High gloss standard; matte finish available  Capacity: 1 kg – 50 kg  Custom Sizes: Yes  Best For: Retail rice, flour, sugar, pet food, animal feed, seed, premium food commodities, any product where brand presentation drives purchasing decisions

➤ Transparent Woven PP Bag

In commodity markets, the buyer wants to see the product before they buy it. A transparent woven PP bag lets them.

Produced from natural, undyed polypropylene tape woven at a density that allows partial to full visibility of the contents, transparent woven PP bags deliver structural strength, breathability, and product visibility simultaneously. For grain, pulse, seed, and produce buyers who assess quality visually — colour uniformity, grain size, absence of debris — the ability to inspect without opening the bag reduces rejection, speeds purchasing decisions, and builds confidence in the product.

Available with or without BOPP lamination. Non-laminated transparent bags retain full natural breathability. Laminated transparent bags provide a clearer, glossier window with additional moisture resistance on the outer surface.

Visibility: Partial to full product visibility through woven fabric  Lamination: Available with or without BOPP  Custom Sizes: Yes  Best For: Rice, pulses, seeds, grains, dried vegetables, nuts, animal feed any product where visual inspection before purchase drives buying decisions

➤ Ventilated Woven PP Bag — Missing Warp Construction

Fresh produce dies in a sealed bag. Heat builds. Moisture condenses. A product that left the farm in perfect condition arrives at the importer’s warehouse with rot, mould, and a claim against the shipment.

Ventilated woven PP bags are produced by deliberately omitting warp tapes at regular intervals during the weaving process — a technique called missing warp construction. This creates vertical ventilation channels running the full height of the bag, providing continuous natural airflow through the product mass without any reduction in the structural integrity of the woven fabric.

Unlike mesh bags that sacrifice strength for airflow, missing warp ventilated bags maintain a solid woven base structure with precisely controlled open channels. The ventilation ratio the width and frequency of the missing warp bands — is specified per product based on its airflow requirement and the ambient conditions it will travel through.

Ventilation Method: Missing warp vertical channels of defined width and spacing
Structural Integrity: Maintained solid woven base with selective open channels
Ventilation Ratio: Customisable channel width and frequency specified per product
Custom Sizes: Yes Best For: Potatoes, onions, garlic, citrus, root vegetables, seeds, firewood, fresh produce requiring breathability in transit and storage

➤ Micro-Perforated Woven PP Bag

Sometimes a product needs to breathe but the bag needs to look solid. Micro-perforated woven PP bags solve that tension.

After weaving, the bag fabric or applied laminate is mechanically perforated with a pattern of microscale holes — invisible at normal viewing distance — that allow controlled gas exchange and moisture vapour transmission without any visible openings in the bag surface. The bag presents a clean, fully printable, solid face while still providing the breathability the product requires.

Used where missing warp or mesh construction would allow fine particles to escape, where the visual appearance of the bag must suggest solidity and premium quality, or where the ventilation requirement is modest and controlled permeability is sufficient.

Perforation: Micro-scale, mechanically applied post-weave or post-lamination  Surface Appearance: Solid — no visible openings  Breathability: Controlled moisture vapour and gas exchange Custom Sizes: Yes  Best For: Fresh produce requiring discreet ventilation, products needing breathability without mesh appearance, applications where a solid printable face is required alongside breathability

➤ Gusseted Woven PP Bag

A flat bag has a fixed volume determined by its width and length. A gusseted bag has more.

Side gussets — folded panels incorporated into the bag body during construction — expand outward when the bag is filled, significantly increasing volumetric capacity relative to the flat dimensions and producing a squared, block-shaped filled bag that stacks uniformly on pallets. Where a flat bag of the same face dimensions would leave air gaps between bags on a pallet, a gusseted bag fills the pallet footprint completely — more product per pallet layer, more layers per pallet, more efficiency per container.

Available with single or double side gussets. Gusset depth and all bag dimensions are fully customisable.

Gusset Options: Single or double side gusset  Effect When Filled: Squared block profile with increased volume and improved pallet density  Custom Sizes: Yes — width, length, and gusset depth to specification  Best For: Products requiring higher volume capacity, retail display bags, animal feed, grain, products requiring stable-profile palletisation

➤ Woven PP Bag with PP Handle
Consumers will not buy a 25 kg bag of animal feed they cannot carry. A carry handle is not an accessory — it is a sales decision.

Woven PP bags with integrated polypropylene carry handles add a flat woven PP tape handle, rope handle, or die-cut reinforced handle at the top of the bag, stitched securely into the top seam or bag body. The handle turns a bulk industrial sack into a consumerfriendly retail product that can be lifted, carried, and stored without additional equipment.

Standard in retail animal feed, pet food, and agricultural retail where end-users carry the bag from store shelf to vehicle to home storage. The carry handle is one of the lowest-cost modifications available on a woven PP bag relative to its commercial impact on retail sales.

Handle Types: Flat woven PP tape · Rope handle · Die-cut reinforced Attachment: Sewn into top seam or bag body Capacity: 5 kg – 25 kg typical Custom Sizes: Yes Best For: Retail animal feed, pet food, garden products, retail grain and seed, consumer-facing agricultural commodities

➤ AD Star Block Bottom Bag

AD Star bags deliver the filling speed and stack stability of a paper valve sack with the moisture resistance, tear strength, and supply chain durability of woven polypropylene.

Produced in woven PP with a block bottom and block top geometry, AD Star bags are filled through a valve — a tucked-in spout at one corner of the bag top — using a valve-filling machine. After filling, the valve closes under product pressure and the block top folds flat. No tie, no stitch, no separate closure. The filled bag is a brick — flat-based, flat-topped, and dimensionally consistent from bag one to bag ten thousand.

For cement, dry mortar, tile adhesive, and construction chemical producers running highspeed automated filling lines, AD Star is the specification that solves three problems simultaneously: filling speed, palletisation stability, and moisture protection.

Fill Method: Valve filling — no separate closure required Base and Top: Block — flat, stable, self-standing Construction: Woven PP with block geometry Custom Sizes: Yes Best For: Cement, dry mortar, plaster, tile adhesive, construction chemicals, building materials on high-speed automated valve-filling lines

➤ Sandbag — Woven PP

A sandbag that fails under hydrostatic pressure during a flood event is not a packaging failure. It is an infrastructure failure.

Woven PP sandbags are produced in high-tenacity fabric at a higher tape density than standard agricultural sacks, engineered to withstand abrasion, impact, and sustained hydrostatic pressure when filled with sand or aggregate in flood defence, erosion control, and construction earthworks applications.

UV stabilisation is mandatory for sandbags deployed outdoors. An unstabilised polypropylene bag degrades under UV exposure — tapes become brittle, seams weaken, and the bag fails structurally long before its deployment purpose is complete. UV-stabilised sandbags are specified to 500, 600, or 800 hours of direct UV resistance depending on the expected outdoor service duration.

Available empty for on-site filling or pre-filled and stitched. Colours include natural, green, tan, military, and custom.

UV Options: 300 / 500 / 600 / 800 hours — mandatory for outdoor deployment Colours: Natural · Green · Tan · Military · Custom Supply State: Empty or pre-filled Custom Sizes: Yes Best For: Flood defence, erosion control, military and civil defence, construction earthworks, ballast

➤ Draw Cord Bag

A draw cord bag closes and re-opens without tools, ties, or equipment. The polypropylene or polyester cord threaded through a hemmed channel at the top of the bag pulls to gather the opening into a secure closure and releases to reopen — a simple, consumer-friendly, resealable format used in retail and horticultural applications where the end-user interacts with the bag repeatedly.

Cord Material: Polypropylene or polyester Closure: Gathered drawstring — re-sealable Custom Sizes: Yes Best For: Garden products, retail animal feed, pet food, horticultural products, consumer facing products requiring re-sealable closure

➤ Corner-Sewn Bag

Corner-sewn bags fold and stitch the base corners inward — mirroring the construction of a paper grocery bag’s glued base — creating a flat, self-standing base without a full gusset.

The sewn corner produces a bag that stands upright when filled, displays cleanly on shelf, and stacks more stably than a standard flat-bottom bag at a lower cost than a full gusseted construction.

Base Construction: Corners folded and stitched inward — flat self-standing base Effect: Squared base profile, improved shelf stand and stack stability Custom Sizes: Yes Best For: Retail display bags, consumer-facing products requiring shelf stand, garden, animal feed, horticultural retail
