Product Category: Leno Bags & Fabrics
Some products cannot go into a sealed bag. Not because they are too large or too heavy but because they are alive, and a sealed bag will kill them.
Onions respire continuously after harvest, generating heat and moisture. Trap that heat and moisture inside a closed bag and the rot begins within days. Potatoes sweat. Garlic builds condensation. Shrimp and shellfish need oxygen to survive live transport. Firewood holds residual moisture that turns a dry, saleable product into a mouldy one if it cannot breathe in
storage.
For every product in this category, packaging that restricts airflow does not preserve the product. It destroys it.
Leno mesh bags and raschel bags are built for these products. Open-net construction from PE, PP, or mono+PP tapes provides the structural strength to carry 500 g to 50 kg of product and the unrestricted airflow that keeps it alive and marketable from harvest to end consumer. They are available in circular and L-stitch formats, multiple mesh specifications,
every colour, with or without draw cord, wicketed for high-speed lines, printed, labelled, and in flat fabric rolls for in-house bag making.
This page covers every configuration. Every bag is available in custom sizes.
Raschel Bags & Fabric
What is a Raschel Bag? Raschel bags are knitted — not woven. While leno mesh bags are produced on weaving looms using interlocked warp and weft tapes, raschel bags are produced on raschel knitting machines using a looping, interlocking knit construction that creates a highly elastic, soft, and conforming mesh structure. The difference is fundamental… Read More

Leno Bag
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many… Read More

Leno Fabric
The Open Weave That Does Not Open to Compromise Most fabrics achieve strength by closing up tighter weave, more threads, less space. Leno fabric does the opposite, and that is precisely what makes it exceptional. Through a unique weaving method where warp yarns twist around each other in a figure-eight pattern to lock the weft… Read More
